Les began his litigation experience as a police prosecutor, he ceased prosecuting in 1996 and has been working as a defense solicitor ever since. He has appeared in all jurisdictions from the High Court of Australia to Local Courts within NSW. He has conducted various types of matters including offenses such as drink driving, stealing, fraud, drug, and assaults up to and including murder charges.
